Dieter Becken erwartet längere Krise am Gewerbemarkt

Der Hamburger Immobilieninvestor Dieter Becken hat im Handelsblatt-Interview über Umnutzungsprojekte und die Lage der Branche gesprochen.

Becken erläuterte, wie seine Gruppe aus der ehemaligen Galeria-Immobilie Ringcenter 3 in Berlin ein voll vermietetes Quartiercenter entwickelt hat. „Es funktioniert, wenn man einen Ankermieter hat, der den ganzen Tag über Menschen anzieht“, sagte er.

Als nächstes Großprojekt nannte er den Elbtower in Hamburg. Becken ist überzeugt, dass sich die Mitte Hamburgs in Richtung Süden verschieben werde.

Zur Branchenlage rechnet Becken mit einer längeren Krise am Gewerbemarkt. Für den Wohnungsbau erwartet er dagegen eine baldige Erholung.
