Emissionerne faldt i syv ud af ni brancher i 2025

Drivhusgasemissionerne fra den svenske økonomi faldt med 1,8 procent i 2025 sammenlignet med det foregående år, ifølge foreløbige tal fra SCB.

Den største reduktion skete i byggesektoren, hvor emissionerne faldt med 5,4 procent, svarende til 117 kilotons CO2-ækvivalenter. Statistik Sveriges tal dækker produktionsemissioner til luften fra virksomheder og husholdninger både inden for og uden for landets grænser. Emissionerne faldt i syv ud af ni brancher. Inden for råstofindvinding steg de med 6,6 procent, og inden for landbrug, skovbrug og fiskeri steg de med 1,6 procent. SCB præsenterer tallene som foreløbige, og de refererer til året 2025.
