She noted that macroeconomic stability reforms and the private sector have created numerous jobs, enabling Ethiopia to register strong and quality economic growth.

In the agricultural sector, particularly through livestock fattening initiatives, people's income and food situations have improved, leading to job opportunities for many. The minister remarked that the mining sector has become the backbone of our economy, with work underway to properly exploit our mineral wealth in a manner that benefits the local community. On tourism, she highlighted the potential to position Ethiopia as a conference center, capable of hosting over 150 world leaders annually through ongoing efforts.

Numerous jobs have been created in green legacy initiatives, urban development, health, and education sectors, as well as in job creation endeavors. The discussions revealed that projects ensuring people's participation and enhancing national pride are being practically implemented.
