Regeringen afskaffer mængderabat ved flerfoldig kriminalitet

Regeringen går videre med planerne om at fjerne mængderabatten ved strafudmåling for flere lovovertrædelser på trods af kritik fra Lovrådet.

Justitsminister Gunnar Strömmer fra Moderaterne præsenterede forslaget på et pressemøde som andet skridt i regeringens omfattende strafereform. Ændringen betyder, at personer, der dømmes for flere forbrydelser, ikke længere vil modtage en nedsat straf. Forslaget har mødt kritik fra Lovrådet, men regeringen har valgt at gå videre med det alligevel.
