Regeringen nedsætter undersøgelse af socialtjenesten

Regeringen har nedsat en undersøgelse, der skal styrke retssikkerheden i socialtjenesten som følge af adskillige journalistiske granskninger.

Socialminister Camilla Waltersson Grönvall (M) meddelte på et pressemøde, at undersøgelsen skal se nærmere på særligt komplekse og indgribende sager. Undersøgelsesleder Anders Hagsgård skal også gennemgå ansvarsfordelingen mellem politikere og embedsmænd. Både Liberalerna og Moderaterna ønsker at flytte beslutningskompetencen fra politikere til embedsmænd i sådanne sager. Granskninger foretaget af SVT’s Uppdrag Granskning og Kaliber på Sveriges Radio har dokumenteret fejlagtige tvangsfjernelser af børn i Örebro. Regeringen modtog en lignende rapport i februar.
