Millionforlig i LUFAB kritiseres i revisionsrapport

En uafhængig undersøgelse viser, at bestyrelsesformanden for Lugnet i Falun AB på egen hånd forhandlede en fratrædelsesaftale til en værdi af over en million kroner med den tidligere administrerende direktør.

Gennemgangen foretaget af revisionsfirmaet Azets kritiserer Sören Juvas (S). Ifølge rapporten handlede han i strid med aktieselskabsloven, da han alene indgik aftalen med Maria Andersson. Selskabets bestyrelse blev først informeret, efter at aftalen var indgået. Azets fastslår, at beslutningen burde have været truffet af en samlet bestyrelse.
