Million settlement in LUFAB criticized in audit report

An independent review shows that the board chairman of Lugnet i Falun AB alone negotiated a severance agreement worth over one million kronor with the former CEO.

The review by audit firm Azets criticizes Sören Juvas (S). According to the report, he acted in violation of the Companies Act when he alone finalized the agreement with Maria Andersson.

The company's board was informed only after the deal was completed. Azets states that the decision should have been made by the full board.

The report was published via falukuriren.se and details how the chairman's actions deviated from applicable rules.
