Politiet beslutter sig for droneovervågning under Dansbandsveckan i Malung

Politiet har besluttet at anvende droner til kameraovervågning i Malung under Dansbandsveckan fra den 10. til den 19. juli.

Politiet vil overvåge området med droner hver dag mellem kl. 11.00 og 05.00 i perioden.

Formålet er at forebygge kriminalitet og opretholde den offentlige orden og sikkerhed.

Dronerne flyver i stor højde og kan ikke identificere enkeltpersoner eller filme ind i private hjem.
