President William Ruto alongside Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale, Transport Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir, and Water Cabinet Secretary Eric Mugaa have made several board appointments across government institutions. The appointments, published in a gazette notice dated March 27, mostly last for three years effective from that date. They cover health facilities, transport authority, water agency, and foreign service.

Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale made multiple appointments to hospital and council boards. He named Riyak Ahmed Mohamed and Zablon Mokua to the board of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital. He also appointed Nazim Jiwa Mitha and David Kipchirchir Rotich to the Kenyatta National Hospital board, and Godana Sora as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya. These roles last three years from March 27.
Duale appointed and reappointed others to boards including the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council, Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital, and the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board. Water Cabinet Secretary Eric Mugaa named Beatrice Kanuthu Muchina to the Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency board for three years.
