Le ministre de la Santé, Aden Duale, a procédé à de multiples nominations au sein des conseils d'administration d'hôpitaux et de conseils professionnels. Il a nommé Riyak Ahmed Mohamed et Zablon Mokua au conseil d'administration du Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital. Il a également nommé Nazim Jiwa Mitha et David Kipchirchir Rotich au conseil d'administration du Kenyatta National Hospital, et Godana Sora en tant que président non exécutif du Conseil de physiothérapie du Kenya. Ces mandats ont une durée de trois ans à compter du 27 mars.

Le ministre Duale a également nommé ou reconduit d'autres membres au sein de conseils tels que le Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council, le Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital, et le Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board. Parmi eux figurent notamment Tonnie Mulli, David Muthaka Ichere et Solomon Kariuki.

Le ministre des Transports, Davis Chirchir, a nommé Peter Kibe Maina et Kenneth Limo Toroitich au conseil d'administration de la National Transport and Safety Authority pour une durée de trois ans. Le ministre de l'Eau, Eric Mugaa, a nommé Beatrice Kanuthu Muchina au conseil d'administration de la Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency pour une durée de trois ans.
