SKR strammer anbefalinger for netlæger

Sveriges Kommuner og Regioner (SKR) har strammet sine anbefalinger for netlæger. Det er nu tydeligere, hvornår regioner skal refundere digital pleje, der er leveret i et andet amt. Refusion gælder kun kvalificeret lægehjælp, ikke rådgivning om egenomsorg.

Sveriges Kommuner og Regioner (SKR) har opdateret sine anbefalinger for netlæger. Ændringerne præciserer, hvornår regioner skal betale for digital pleje udført i et andet amt. En digital plejekontakt er kun berettiget til refusion, hvis den udgør kvalificeret lægehjælp, altså ikke eksempelvis rådgivning om egenomsorg uden lægefaglig vurdering.

Anna-Lena Hogerud, formand for SKR's sundhedsdelegation, hilser opdateringen velkommen. "Det er godt, at vi nu har opdateret anbefalingerne med eksempler på, hvornår en digital plejekontakt ikke udløser refusion. Samtidig er det frustrerende, at det skal defineres for netlægefirmaer, hvad kvalificeret pleje er. Det viser, at der er noget galt i netlægernes forretningsmodel og plejetilbud til befolkningen," siger hun i en pressemeddelelse.

Hogerud efterlyser en grundig gennemgang af systemet med såkaldte refusioner på tværs af amter.
