Two men attacked a 77-year-old pedestrian in downtown Seattle on April 19 before stopping at a nearby McDonald's, according to police. Surveillance video captured the assault, and one suspect was later arrested outside the restaurant.
The incident took place near the intersection of Third Avenue and Pike Street. The victim had just exited a bus and was walking home when the two men approached him from behind. Video from the Real Time Crime Center shows one man punching the elderly pedestrian while the other shoves him to the ground. The attackers then kick and strike the victim before walking away.
