VW åbner for ordrer på ID.Polo fra slutningen af april

Volkswagen åbner for ordrebøgerne til den nye elektriske ID.Polo ved udgangen af april. Den kompakte bil starter ved 24.995 euro og forventes leveret efter sommerferien. Mærkechef Thomas Schäfer kalder den en "ægte Volkswagen til den elektriske tidsalder".

Wolfsburg. Volkswagen lancerer sin offensiv for kompakte biler med ID.Polo. Ordrer åbnes i slutningen af april, og leveringerne starter i maj fra 24.995 euro, meddelte producenten.

ID.Polo måler 4,05 meter i længden med en akselafstand på 2,60 meter og har plads til fem passagerer. Bagagerummet rummer 435 til 1.243 liter, hvilket gør den mere rummelig end den konventionelle Polo.

I første omgang er tre drivlinjemuligheder tilgængelige: 85 kW/116 hk, 99 kW/135 hk eller 155 kW/211 hk. Basismodellerne er udstyret med et 37 kWh LFP-batteri til en rækkevidde på cirka 300 km, mens topversionen bruger et 52 kWh-batteri til op til 455 km. Opladning topper ved 90 eller 130 kW.

Thomas Schäfer lover, at elektrisk mobilitet på indgangsniveau "ikke kræver nogen kompromiser" og kan være både premium og praktisk. En ID.Polo GTI med 166 kW/227 hk er planlagt til næste år, og vil sandsynligvis koste over 30.000 euro.
