She stated that repeated assaults led to the birth of her child, for which the accused took no responsibility.

The woman accused the village head and others of shielding the perpetrators and threatening her life. At the High Court, pressure was applied to withdraw her case, her child was threatened with being thrown from the roof and held in the air. Lawyers intervened to rescue the child, while she fainted; the Registrar Security team safely brought them down.

She has demanded an FIR and immediate arrest of all accused. Police have begun investigating the claims to verify their authenticity.
