Die US-amerikanische Dressurreiterin Adrienne Lyle hat den Tod ihres ehemaligen Spitzenpferdes Wizard im Alter von 27 Jahren bekannt gegeben.

Adrienne und Wizard gaben 2012 bei den Olympischen Spielen in London ihr gemeinsames Debüt und belegten den 35. Platz in der Einzelwertung. Zwei Jahre später verhalf das Paar dem Team der Vereinigten Staaten bei den Weltreiterspielen in der Normandie zu einem vierten Platz.
