BJP gewinnt Kommunalwahlen in Haryana und sichert sich alle drei Stadtverwaltungen

Die BJP sicherte sich bei den Kommunalwahlen in Haryana Siege in den Stadtverwaltungen von Ambala, Sonipat und Panchkula und gewann alle drei Bürgermeisterposten.

The Bharatiya Janata Party released its first list of 144 candidates for West Bengal assembly elections, fielding Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari from Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s Bhawanipore seat as well as Nandigram. Adhikari defeated Banerjee in Nandigram in 2021 by 1,956 votes. He claimed he would win both seats.

BJP national president Nitin Nabin chaired a meeting with state unit presidents and in-charges from across the country at the party headquarters on Friday, but a few leaders were absent. Sources said office-bearers from states holding elections were exempted, including Assam and Kerala where voting has concluded.
