Kenzo revives founder signature for Resort 2027 collection

Kenzo presented its Resort 2027 collection at the showroom on Rue Vivienne in Paris, introducing updated branding and a range of new designs under artistic director Nigo.

The brand has brought back the fluid cursive signature of founder Kenzo Takada on items including slingbacks and patch pockets. A new monogram featuring two Ks placed back to back also appears throughout the line. Clothing includes hooded jean jackets, workwear ensembles, letterman jackets, and ikat-inspired patterns on denim and windbreakers. Officer jackets for men and collarless jackets for women show varied tailoring approaches. The collection incorporates earthy tones and craft details drawn from Nigo's interest in ceramics. Three drops are planned for October, November and March, with additional activations set to replace a traditional runway show during Men's Fashion Week.
