A man has been arrested on suspicion of the 2005 double murder of Tor Öberg and Gerd Wiklund.
The Prosecutor's Office announced on April 8 that a man had been arrested in the case. The double murder on the farm in Brattås outside Härnösand had remained unsolved for over 20 years. DNA genealogy was used to identify the suspect in just a few months. The method has high requirements but NFC sees potential for additional uses. – There are relatives there too, and graves without names, says operations expert Siri Aili Fagerholm.
