The alarm was received shortly before 4 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. The person is estimated to have been hit at about 40 kilometers per hour.
The extent of injuries remains unclear, but the individual has been taken to hospital. Rescue services and the ambulance left the scene at 4:20 p.m.
