Vice-chairman of China’s top military decision-making body Zhang Shengmin said a first-of-its-kind course for senior officers sharpened their ideological transformation during the closing ceremony at the National Defence University.
Zhang Shengmin said during the closing ceremony at the National Defence University: “We should greet the 100th anniversary of the founding of the PLA with a renewed political outlook.”
The course was launched amid China’s military anti-corruption campaign and was designed specifically for senior officers from across the country.
Zhang referred to the milestone that takes place on August 1 next year.
