Ministerpräsidentin Rekha Gupta kündigte am Sonntag städtische Infrastrukturprojekte im Wert von fast 100 Crore Rupien in Dwarka an. Die Projekte zielen darauf ab, die Verkehrsanbindung und die grundlegende Versorgung in dem Gebiet zu verbessern.

Ministerpräsidentin Rekha Gupta sprach vor einer Versammlung in Dwarka und erläuterte die neuen Investitionen. Sie merkte an, dass der Bund und die Regierung von Delhi nach früheren Verzögerungen bei U-Bahn-Projekten nun bei der Entwicklung zusammenarbeiten.

Der U-Bahn-Ausbau in Phase V im Wert von 6.200 Crore Rupien umfasst neue Korridore, von denen Dwarka profitieren wird. Gupta sagte, ihre Regierung habe 10.000 Crore Rupien bereitgestellt, um diese Arbeiten zu beschleunigen.

Sie fügte hinzu, dass sich die Verwaltung auf grundlegende Dienstleistungen wie Wasserleitungen, Kanalisationsnetze, Straßen und Abflüsse konzentriere. Für die Entwicklung in jedem Wahlkreis seien jährliche Budgetmittel bereitgestellt worden.
