At Torun's Kujawsko-Pomorska Arena in Poland, Spain's women's 4x400m relay qualified in the morning with Daniela Fra, Rocío Arroyo, Carmen Avilés, and Ana Prieto. In the evening final, Paula Sevilla led off, followed by Ana Prieto, Rocío Arroyo, and Blanca Hervás, who surged in the final stretch to overtake Poland for bronze in 3:26.4, behind the US (3:25.81, Shamier Little) and Netherlands (3:26, Lieke Klaver). Hervás ran five 400m races in 48 hours, earning her second medal in three days. The 'Golden Bubbles' celebrated as a group of six. Toni Puig said: “This is not magic, it's work and passion.” Blanca Hervás countered: “This is magic! The union we have, the strength we transmit to each other.” Spain tallied five medals: Mariano García's 1.500m gold (3:39.63, beating Isaac Nader), Moha Attaoui's 800m bronze (1:44.66, behind Lutkenhaus and Crestan), plus two more, tying Italy for total medals after the US's 18. RFEA president Raúl Chapado called it “nearly perfect competition.” Attaoui noted: “I wanted more, lacked strength at the end.” García celebrated his second indoor world gold after the 800m in Belgrade 2022, first to win both distances in indoor Worlds.
