Zaire Wade, the 24-year-old son of Dwyane Wade, was arrested by Burbank Police on June 21 following a reported domestic incident.
Zaire was booked on charges of felony domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment. He posted a $50,000 bond and was released the same day.
The arrest followed a 5:30 a.m. 911 call about a woman screaming at a Burbank residence. Officers found a woman with cuts on her face and body. An emergency protective order was issued and a handgun was recovered from the home.
Dwyane Wade has not commented publicly. Zaire played high school basketball at Sierra Canyon before pursuing a professional career that included time in the G League and overseas.
