Capataz test kicks off third week of La Granja VIP

Following Sandra Itzel's elimination, La Granja VIP enters its third week with the capataz test on October 27, 2025. Four participants serve as peones and cannot compete, as the new leader with immunity and privileges is determined. In the studio, discussions arose between guests like Ferka and Sergio Mayer regarding contestants' performances.

La Granja VIP's second week ended with Sandra Itzel's elimination, who was nominated alongside Alfredo Adame and Eleazar Gómez. The public saved Eleazar Gómez, while Alberto del Río won 'El Duelo', saving Lis Vega and betraying Adame. Itzel reacted in the studio hosted by Adal Ramones, stating: “Sí esperaba mi salida... only they wanted to see the world burn because he's conflicted inside with several participants.” She confronted Eleazar for betraying her trust and urged him to learn to play better, recalling a cheat in the first week.

The third week begins with the capataz test on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 21:00 (CDMX) on Azteca UNO and Disney+. A preshow at 20:30 covers reactions to the elimination. The peones, selected by participant votes in three rounds, are Eleazar Gómez, Kike Mayagoitia, Omahi, and Sergio Mayer Mori. They cannot compete for leadership, lack immunity, and handle heavy tasks like collecting eggs and milking cows. They sleep in the barn on mats and hay, with cold outdoor showers.

Sergio Mayer Mori, capataz for the previous two weeks, is disqualified by sanction from mayoral Tío Pepé for resource management failures that cut the budget by 50%. In the elimination studio, Sergio Mayer defended his son against comments from panelists like Ferka and Linet Puente. Ferka said: “Yo he sido objetiva desde el día 1, de hecho también lo dije de tu hijo.” Controversy arose over the nickname 'Dorothy' that Mayer Mori gave César Doroteo, deemed discriminatory by Puente. Ferka criticized on X Carolina Ross's interference by giving external information to Mayer Mori.

The capataz gains immunity, a private room with tub, wine, and snacks, and assigns daily tasks to maintain discipline.
