Nueva EPS lanza registro remoto de medicamentos tras salida de Colsubsidio

Recordemos que, ante la salida de Colsubsidio como operador a partir del 1 de enero de 2026, la entidad activó una red de gestores farmacéuticos como Cafam, Medic, Discolmets, Audifarma, Farmedicall y Tododrogas en 11 departamentos, incluyendo Cundinamarca, Bogotá, Antioquia y Valle del Cauca, impactando a 1.6 millones de usuarios.

Ahora, los afiliados cuyas fórmulas médicas estaban dirigidas a Colsubsidio pueden registrarlas de forma remota mediante un enlace proporcionado por Nueva EPS. Asesores de la entidad gestionarán tanto las fórmulas como los trámites administrativos, eliminando la necesidad de desplazamientos a oficinas. Para acceder, los usuarios escanean un código QR, visitan el sitio web de Nueva EPS o usan la línea nacional de atención al cliente.

La EPS coordina la dispensación a través de Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud (IPS), reafirmando su compromiso con el derecho fundamental a la salud.
