Yolanda Jiménez Sánchez, 53, disappeared on June 2 in the municipality of Centro, Tabasco, after leaving for a job interview arranged through Facebook.
The family of Yolanda Jiménez Sánchez reported that she was last seen leaving her home in the Villa Playas del Rosario heading to the José María Pino Suárez market in Villahermosa. According to relatives, a supposed employer contacted her through social media to offer a cleaning job at a quinta in Dos Montes. Yolanda boarded a van and stayed in touch via messages until around 11:00 a.m., when she said she was returning home. Family members noted inconsistencies when contacting the Facebook profile and the phone number linked to the ad. The Fiscalía General de Tabasco activated the Protocolo Alba to search for her.
