Update: Vox networks director faces aggravated assault charge, more victim details emerge

New details in the complaint against Vox networks director J.E. include a 2025 renewed advance and knowledge of other minor victims, building on late 2023 sexual assault allegations previously reported.

Following the initial complaint detailed in prior coverage, additional specifics have emerged in the case against J.E., Vox's networks director and former Revuelta leader, accused of aggravated sexual assault on a then-16-year-old video editor for Vox and Revuelta.

The complaint, filed at Madrid-Chamartín police station, elaborates on late 2023 contacts: J.E. sent insistent WhatsApp messages specifying the minor's age ('16 years and 25 days'), probing sexual preferences ('boys or girls?', 'meat or fish?') and relationship status, despite avoidance for 1.5 months. They met in December at Vox HQ and a nearby bar, where orientation questions repeated. Upon parting at the metro, J.E. allegedly touched the minor 'with sexual and lustful intent,' requested a kiss (refused), and later sent ephemeral photos encouraging homosexual experimentation.

The accuser distanced himself from party activities. In June 2025, aged 17, he was summoned to Vox HQ for the Bipartidismo Stream project directed by J.E. Post-filming, J.E. proposed going to his home 'with clear sexual intent' (refused). The videos remained unpublished officially and were posted on the accuser's personal networks.

Classified as aggravated assault citing Penal Code articles 178.1/2 and 180.1 (3rd/5th) due to age vulnerability and superiority abuse, the now-adult complainant knows of two other affected minors: a Madrid Vox militant and a party intern. Vox has initiated proceedings against Revuelta's deputy for leaking related audios. The case is under investigation.
