Doulo Vesho lidera el torneo de ajedrez AICF tras seis rondas

Doulo Vesho ha tomado la delantera en solitario en el AICF Chess for Everyone FIDE Rating Open Chess Tournament 2026 con un marcador perfecto tras seis rondas. El evento se celebra en Ngwalwa, Peren. Quedan tres rondas en la competición.

El AICF Chess for Everyone FIDE Rating Open Chess Tournament 2026 está organizado por la Inter School Chess Association – Ngwalwa Circle bajo el auspicio de la All India Chess Federation (AICF) y la Nagaland Chess Association (NCA). El torneo ha alcanzado una fase decisiva tras seis rondas jugadas el jueves en Ngwalwa, Peren.  Doulo Vesho aseguró el liderato con 6 de 6 puntos. Icicang Haikam le sigue de cerca con 5 puntos, mientras que Jeremy Nitova Zhimomy, Ekram Haque e Ilung Haikam tienen 4½ puntos cada uno, manteniéndolos en la contienda.  Con tres rondas por delante, el campeonato sigue sin decidirse. En la séptima ronda, el líder Doulo Vesho se enfrentará a Ekram Haque en el tablero 1. En el tablero 2, Icicang Haikam jugará contra su hermano Ilung Haikam.  Los organizadores señalaron que el torneo se dirige hacia su clímax, donde cada movimiento y medio punto importará.
