Fred Again.. organizará talleres gratuitos para músicos trans y no binarios

Fred Again.. dirigirá talleres de producción gratuitos para músicos trans y no binarios en los estudios Abbey Road de Londres este viernes. El evento forma parte de la nueva iniciativa Trans+ Future Sounds, organizada por el Trans* Creative Collective.

Los talleres están programados para el 19 de junio en el estudio londinense y contarán con invitados especiales, entre ellos Sans Soucis, MESSIE, Trans Voices, charlieeeee, Satch, Emily Green y Fuzz Chaudhrey. Se realizan en asociación con We Are Moving The Needle, una organización sin fines de lucro fundada por Emily Lazar que se enfoca en mujeres, personas no binarias y productores trans.

Los organizadores señalaron que las sesiones tienen como objetivo apoyar a productores y escritores de la comunidad trans y queer. Un informe reciente de We Are Moving The Needle reveló que solo el 2,3 por ciento de los productores son mujeres, personas trans o no binarias.

Charlieeeee, cofundador del Trans* Creative Collective, afirmó que el evento marca la expresión más completa de la misión del grupo desde su fundación en 2021. El colectivo ha colaborado anteriormente con BMG y ha aparecido en el informe de diversidad de UK Music.

Fred Again.. concluyó recientemente su gira USB002, la cual incluyó una presentación conjunta con Thomas Bangalter en el Alexandra Palace.
