Ida Norström lanza su propia empresa de electricidad tras ser rechazadas sus ideas

Ida Norström dirige actualmente una rentable empresa eléctrica con ocho empleados. Fundó Energy Effective Solutions a los 20 años tras sentirse marginada en el sector.

Ida Norström tuvo su primera experiencia en la gestión de negocios durante el bachillerato en el programa de electricidad y energía de Strängnäs, donde dirigió una empresa UF como parte de sus estudios.

Tras graduarse, trabajó dos años en el sector eléctrico. Sintió que sus ideas no eran tomadas en serio por sus colegas varones de mayor edad y decidió fundar su propia empresa.

Energy Effective Solutions fue fundada en 2019 junto a Staffan Schager. La compañía suministra soluciones ecológicas, como paneles solares y cargadores para vehículos eléctricos, en toda la región de Mälardalen. En 2024, la empresa reportó una facturación de 22,3 millones de coronas y un beneficio de 1,7 millones de coronas.

“Nunca dudé de que funcionaría”, afirma Ida Norström, quien espera que más mujeres jóvenes se atrevan a entrar en el sector de los oficios técnicos.
