Hombre sentenciado a diez años tras el accidente mortal en el que falleció Clas Jacobsson

Un hombre ha sido condenado a 18 meses de prisión por un accidente de tráfico ocurrido en 2016 en la E4 que acabó con la vida de Clas Jacobsson (M). El choque tuvo lugar durante la Semana Santa y la sentencia llega tras un largo proceso legal.

La sentencia fue dictada el 19 de mayo de 2026 por el delito de homicidio imprudente grave. Clas Jacobsson, antiguo concejal de la oposición en Dalarna, falleció junto a su pareja, Nina Lagh, cuando un coche se desvió a gran velocidad hacia su trayectoria entre Kista y Sollentuna.

El juicio estaba originalmente programado para 2017, pero se pospuso después de que el sospechoso no compareciera. Varios otros cargos han prescrito durante la última década.

Jacobsson tenía 54 años. Borlänge Tidning fue el primer medio en informar sobre el fallo.
