El MPSP solicita investigar ataques misóginos contra joven fallecida en salto con cuerda

El Ministerio Público de São Paulo solicitó que el DECAP investigue los comentarios misóginos contra Maria Eduarda Rodrigues de Freitas, de 21 años, quien murió en un salto con cuerda sin cuerdas.

La solicitud del MPSP se produjo tras una denuncia penal presentada por la Bancada Feminista del PSOL contra perfiles de X que publicaron contenido de odio.

Entre los comentarios citados se incluyen frases como "fiesta en el IML" y "si juntas las piezas puedes divertirte". La fiscal Ana Maria Aiello Demadis ordenó el envío urgente del caso al Departamento de Policía Judicial de la Capital.

La joven murió el 13 de junio tras caer 40 metros desde la Ponte do Esqueleto en Limeira. Tres instructores fueron detenidos por homicidio con dolo eventual.
