The Somali Regional Education Bureau has issued an invitation for a national competitive bid targeting interested eligible bidders for procurement purposes. Bid documents can be obtained from the bureau's Procurement and Property Directorate on the 1st floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 600, to be paid at the finance department. Collection is available during office hours—Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.—following the newspaper announcement, with bidders required to present a renewed trade license, tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate.

Only bidders with no history of poor performance on the bureau's previous projects are eligible to participate. Organizations must accurately provide their direct line phone number, cell phone number, fax number, and email address when collecting documents; the bureau is not responsible for communication failures due to inaccuracies. Each bid proposal must include a bid bond or earnest money deposit equivalent to 2% of the contract value, in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order; other forms are not acceptable.

Bids should be deposited in the designated tender box at the bureau's logistics department during office hours before 2:00 p.m. The bid opening will occur at 2:30 p.m. at the specified location, in the presence of attending bidders or their legal representatives. Failure to comply with conditions 2 through 5 will result in automatic rejection. For further information, contact the Procurement and Property Administration department at P.O.
