Only bidders with no history of poor performance on the bureau's previous projects are eligible to participate. Each bid proposal must include a bid bond or earnest money deposit equivalent to 2% of the contract value, in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or cash payment order; other forms are not acceptable.

Bids should be deposited in the designated tender box at the bureau's logistics department during office hours before 2:00 p.m. The bid opening will occur at 2:30 p.m. at the specified location, in the presence of attending bidders or their legal representatives.
