Un juez de Utah dictaminó el lunes que la audiencia preliminar de Tyler Robinson, el sospechoso acusado de matar a Charlie Kirk, permanecerá abierta a los periodistas y al público.

La decisión del juez Tony Graf denegó una petición del equipo de defensa de Robinson para cerrar partes de la audiencia del 6 al 10 de julio. Los fiscales deben presentar pruebas durante esas sesiones para determinar si el caso debe ir a juicio. Robinson, de 23 años, enfrenta cargos de homicidio agravado por el asesinato del activista conservador ocurrido el 10 de septiembre en la Universidad de Utah Valley.
