Aldama reveals 20,000 euros in undeclared payments to Ábalos for Valencia property

Businessman Víctor de Aldama has informed the Supreme Court that he paid 20,000 euros in cash to José Luis Ábalos for buying a property in Valencia, part of four million euros in commissions. Aldama claims some of that money financed the PSOE and Koldo García used a diplomatic passport to move funds abroad. The submission questions the 2020 notarial formalization of the real estate deal.

Víctor de Aldama, investigated in the Koldo case, submitted a document to the Supreme Court detailing irregular payments to former PSOE officials. He claims to have handed at least 20,000 euros in cash to José Luis Ábalos for purchasing a ground-floor unit at 102 Calle Constitución in Valencia. The deal was notarized on July 8, 2020, for 90,000 euros, but Aldama provided contract copies showing a true price of 110,000 euros, with the difference paid undeclared to avoid records.

Aldama places this transaction within total commissions of four million euros paid to Ábalos and his advisor Koldo García in exchange for public contracts awarded by the Ministry of Transport. He estimates 1.5 to 2 million euros of those commissions financed the PSOE. According to his account, Koldo García delivered cash envelopes every Friday at Ferraz headquarters, or sent his brother or wife if unable. The businessman states hidden funds are in Panama, Colombia, and Guinea, and that García had a diplomatic passport for easy travel to those countries, aiding money movement.

Aldama accuses Koldo and Ábalos of 'mocking the Supreme Court' and promises more evidence of criminal operations. On the 'Delcygate', he recounts boarding Delcy Rodríguez's plane with Ábalos at Barajas and the former minister calling Pedro Sánchez to report her arrival, clarifying she brought clothes and gifts, not gold. He also mentions business meetings with José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, willing to disclose details.

The Supreme Court is already probing cash payments at PSOE headquarters, summoning witnesses like Celia Rodríguez, who allegedly delivered envelopes to Ábalos and García.
