Ethiopia's National Dialogue Commission has presented draft agendas for the national dialogue conference to religious institutions and civic society organizations in Addis Ababa.
Chief Commissioner Mesfin Araya said the verification process with these groups strengthens the credibility of the dialogue. The commission is currently in the drafting stage and continues to gather input from stakeholders.
Deputy President Ahmed Hussein of the Civil Society Organizations stated that this verification work establishes a foundation for upcoming discussions. He noted that the selected agendas reflect citizens' real concerns and cover issues affecting women, youth, and people with disabilities.
