Unity Park includes an animal sanctuary, history museum and cultural centers. Entoto Park built on the mountain provides spaces for sports and nature walks.
Friendship Park was constructed in two phases. The first features an artificial lake and walkways, while the second includes a science museum.
These projects have created jobs for many residents. They are expanding into Gebeta Le Hager and Gebeta Le Twlid initiatives.
