Inaasahang lalabas ang Francisco sa PAR sa hapon o gabi ng Huwebes. Samantala, ang Higos na matatagpuan 1,750 km silangan ng Central Luzon ay papasok sa PAR ngayong gabi at tatawaging Gardo. Hindi ito inaasahang makakaapekto sa bansa.
