Dalawang Ledac bills handa na para sa final approval sa House

Handa na ang House of Representatives na i-aprubahan ang dalawang priority measures ng Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council sa pagbabalik ng session ngayong araw. Sinabi ni House Majority Leader Sandro Marcos na ang National Land Use Act at amendments sa Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Act ang mga ito. Pinayuhan din niya na mapabilis ang Kalinga Act.

Sa Manila, nagpahayag si House Majority Leader Sandro Marcos na handa nang i-move ang dalawang mahahalagang Ledac bills para sa final approval ngayong araw. "These are not theoretical proposals anymore. These are measures that have already moved through key stages, and what they need now is sustained floor work so we can bring them across the finish line before adjournment," aniya.

Ang National Land Use Act ay naglalayong magbigay ng matagal nang hinihintay na framework para sa land use planning. Samantala, ang amendments sa 4Ps Act ay naglalayong palakasin at palawakin ang flagship social protection program ng gobyerno.

Hinikayat din ni Marcos ang kanyang mga kasamahan sa House na mapabilis ang Kalinga Act. Ito ay idinisenyo upang magbigay ng mabilis, targeted, at automatic na tugon ng gobyerno kapag tumataas ang cost of living dahil sa fuel price shocks mula sa Israel-US war against Iran, na nakakaapekto sa mahihirap, middle class, at small business owners.
