President-elect Abelardo De la Espriella announced that the National Talent Bank has received more than 260,000 resumes. Selection will be based on merit and is open to any citizen.
Colombia’s incoming government reported that the National Talent Bank has already accumulated more than 260,000 resumes. President-elect Abelardo De la Espriella explained that the call seeks the most prepared and committed individuals for public service.
The initiative includes a website at bancodetalentos.com.co where professionals, technicians and other citizens can register their profiles. Resumes will be analyzed using artificial intelligence, evaluating experience, training and capabilities.
De la Espriella stated there will be no room for privileges. "Here there will be no space for connections or privileges. The most prepared, the most capable and the most committed to serving Colombia will arrive," he assured.
