Lacson reschedules privilege speech on flood control scandal

“I went there ready to testify, then at 9 a.m. we received a letter saying the hearing was canceled because no affidavit was submitted,” ani Singson.

“The executive is involved. The executive is the mastermind,” pahayag niya. Binanggit din niya ang katahimikan ng Office of the Ombudsman at Department of Justice, na nagmumungkahi ng "agreement" sa kanyang pananaw.

Nagpakita rin si Singson ng rekords mula sa Department of Public Works and Highways na nagpapahiwatig ng mga "ghost" o substandard flood control projects sa Ilocos Norte. “We are being fooled,” aniya, habang hinikayat ang publiko na suriin ang isyu.
