Lewis Hamilton led a Ferrari one-two in second practice for the Monaco Grand Prix. The seven-time world champion set the fastest time of 1m13.026s ahead of teammate Charles Leclerc.
Hamilton's lap was 0.111s quicker than Leclerc, who had topped the earlier session. Ferrari showed strong pace in the slow-speed corners of the Monaco street circuit. Lando Norris retired early from the session after an issue with his McLaren sent him down the Nouvelle Chicane escape road. The incident triggered a virtual safety car period. Max Verstappen ended third for Red Bull with a 1m13.194s while George Russell took fourth for Mercedes. A late red flag followed after Sergio Perez stopped his Cadillac at Casino Square. The top 10 was completed by Kimi Antonelli, Isack Hadjar, Oscar Piastri, Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto.
