PIHPS records chicken egg price at Rp32,000 per kg nationwide

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS), managed by Bank Indonesia, records chicken eggs at Rp32,000 per kilogram and shallots at Rp45,950 per kg at the national retail level. The data was released on Friday morning at 06:35 WIB in Jakarta. Prices for other strategic food commodities were also noted as stable.

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS) records garlic at Rp39,650 per kg at the national retail level.

For rice, lower quality I and II are both Rp14,550 per kg. Medium I rice is Rp16,050 per kg, medium II Rp15,950 per kg, super I Rp17,350 per kg, and super II Rp16,850 per kg.

Large red chilies sell for Rp48,600 per kg, curly red chilies Rp46,400 per kg, green bird's eye chilies Rp48,700 per kg, and red bird's eye chilies Rp65,000 per kg. Chicken meat is Rp39,400 per kg, beef quality I Rp147,650 per kg, and quality II Rp139,700 per kg.

Premium white sugar is Rp20,250 per kg and local Rp19,200 per kg. Bulk cooking oil is Rp20,500 per liter, branded packaged I Rp23,650 per liter, and branded II Rp22,750 per liter.
