Region plans restart of bus line 404 between Karlskoga and Hällefors

The governing majority in the public transport committee has included the restart of bus line 404 in their upcoming budget. The line between Karlskoga and Hällefors was discontinued on December 14 last year.

The region's bus traffic between Karlskoga and Hällefors will start again according to the plans. The bus line runs via Grythyttan and Loka.

– We get extra money in the budget to make investments, and bus line 404 between Karlskoga and Hällefors is included in the investments we want to make, says Nina Höijer (S), chair of the public transport committee.

The Liberals are critical and believe the proposal lacks credibility. – If I lived in Karlskoga or Hällefors, I would never trust this announcement. It is election pork, says Willhelm Sundman (L) in a press release.
