Website ng Senado dinambong ng mga hacktivist

Kinumpirma ng Senado na dinambong ang opisyal nitong website ng mga grupong hacktivist na Nullsec Philippines at SentinelX.

Noong Huwebes, sinabi ng Senado na walang sensitibong impormasyon ang naapektuhan sa insidente. Inilunsad ng EDP-MIS Bureau ang imbestigasyon at nagpatupad ng karagdagang seguridad.

Inaangkin ng Nullsec Philippines ang responsibilidad sa post sa Facebook noong Miyerkules ng gabi. Binigyang-diin nila ang pangangailangan ng transparency at accountability sa gobyerno.

Sinabi naman ng SentinelX na dalawang beses nilang dinambong ang site at pinuna ang mahinang cybersecurity nito sa kabila ng P6.5 milyong kontrata. Tinawag itong krimen ni Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian.
