Two sets of triplets from Isabela State University ace board exams

Two groups of triplet brothers from Isabela State University have passed their respective licensure examinations years apart, highlighting rare academic success at the institution.

The Alejandro brothers, Carl Dominic, Bart Dominic, and Ace Dominic, all passed the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers. Carl Dominic qualified under the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, while Bart Dominic and Ace Dominic passed under the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Science.

University officials noted this marked the first time triplets had passed the LET together in the same cycle at the Ilagan City campus College of Education. The three were part of the 45,001 successful examinees out of 61,561 who took the Secondary Level test nationwide.

Seven years earlier, another set of triplets achieved a similar feat. Jack, Ace, and King Baludo Pagaran passed the Agriculturist Licensure Examination in November 2019 after graduating cum laude from the ISU Cabagan campus. They have since pursued careers in agriculture and related fields.
