Wu Lyf postpone North American tour dates over visa delays

British indie-rock band Wu Lyf have postponed all their upcoming North American shows due to delays in visa processing. The band shared the news in an Instagram statement, promising new dates soon. Tickets remain valid for rescheduled performances, with refunds available.

Wu Lyf announced the postponement on Instagram, stating they face “delays in visa processing” and will “be announcing new dates as soon as possible,” as first reported by Pitchfork. The affected dates include shows at venues such as Elsewhere in Brooklyn on April 24, Union Stage in Washington, DC on April 26, and Lodge Room in Los Angeles on May 9. All purchased tickets will transfer to the rescheduled events, or holders can seek refunds from their point of purchase. The decision comes shortly after Wu Lyf released their first album in 15 years, A Wave That Will Never Break, produced by Sonic Boom. Their previous North American tour also occurred nearly 15 years ago. Wu Lyf join other international acts grappling with visa challenges since President Donald J. Trump returned to office. FKA twigs, for instance, rescheduled her North American leg of the Eusexua Tour and canceled planned sets at Coachella 2025.
