L'installation de 23 000 pieds carrés à Calvert City comprend 225 machines de courses historiques, un sportsbook de détail, des options de paris en simulcast et divers services de restauration et boissons. Ce nouveau lieu vise à renforcer la scène locale des courses en soutenant le financement des bourses pour la réunion à Oak Grove Racing, une autre propriété appartenant à CDI. Oak Grove Racing est un hippodrome de trot situé à environ une heure de Calvert City.
