Un homme de Floride plaide non coupable dans l'affaire du tir sur un enfant

Un résident de Floride âgé de 36 ans a plaidé non coupable de l'accusation de négligence coupable après que son jeune fils a trouvé une arme de poing non sécurisée et a accidentellement tiré sur un autre enfant.

L'incident a eu lieu le 25 mars dans une maison située sur la 57e rue Est à Palmetto. Les adjoints du shérif sont intervenus à la suite de signalements de coups de feu et ont découvert la victime, âgée de 5 ans, présentant une blessure par balle au haut du thorax. La balle a traversé son corps, touchant sa clavicule et son poumon avant de ressortir. Le garçon a dû être intubé pendant cinq jours et est toujours hospitalisé pour se remettre de blessures graves.
